Joe McCarthy (Maxi Mum)
This is Joe's second panto with Woldingham. He has previously appeared in panto with
Lewes Tertiary College A-
James Peacock (Mini Mum)
James has been involved with Woldingham Panto since he was a little lad! His mother trod the boards since 1971 (with James's help!) and he's painted scenery with his father or helped backstage for many years. Various chorus or minor roles followed but (aside from directing) we feel he's found his forte as a truly glamorous Dame.

Jason Fell (Buttons)
Jason has played Wishee Washee in 'Aladdin' and Idle Jack in 'Mother Goose' last year and is looking forward to this year's production. This part was made for him! His hobbies are too numerous to mention in detail, but he currently enjoys collecting cacti and watching 'Big Brother' on TV.

A word from the (acting) chairman...
Simon Aggiss (Acting Chairman) Welcome to the Woldingham Pantomime, I hope you all enjoy the show. My thanks to all of the committee and backstage team who working together make everything possible. Special thanks to our team of directors, and of course the whole cast for their enthusiasm and hard work. There is always an invitation to anyone interested in joining the panto either as a performer or in one of the supporting roles.

This has been a wonderful opportunity for we three to 'work' with some of the people that have made previous pantos the great successes they have been. We are lucky to have Simon Aggiss and Joan Oliver whose efforts year after year play such a huge part in the high standard of the productions. Many thanks to the cast and team for their hard work, we have enjoyed enormously the experience of working as a trio, but as each of us has said on one or more occasions 'two's company, but three's a crowd!

Jo Kirk (Prince Charming)
Jo is delighted to be playing the role of Principal Boy again, this will be her third
time! She has been involved with Woldingham Panto since the age of eleven but thinks
that this may be one of her last performances as she hopes to study Drama at university
next year. Jo obtained an A* in Drama GCSE and is currently studying A-
Catherine Osbourne (Cinderella)
Catherine has danced, sung and acted in many amateur shows for many companies, and her favourite roles include Anne Pornick in 'Half a sixpence' and Maid Marian in 'Babes in the Wood'. Catherine has trained in many aspects of dance since the age of three and has taken singing lessons for several years.

Ellie Kirk (Fairy Godmother)
This will be Ellie's eighth appearance in Woldingham panto, although she has been dancing since the age of seven. Ellie has appeared in a number of professional productions such as 'Tess of the Durbervilles', and TV's 'Bramwell'. She has performed with the National Youth Musical Theatre for four years, appearing at Glynebourne Opera House and the Brit Awards in 1996.
Mark Kozminski (Dandini)
The thought of putting up with Joe (Maxi Mum) as well as James (Mini Mum) again this
year didn't put Mark off coming back for his second pantomime. Having recently torn
the ligaments in his ankle whilst playing rugby, and being in plaster for three weeks,
he is looking forward to being back on his feet and back on stage, this time as 'Dan-

Lincoln Smith (Town Crier)
Lincoln will be treading these boards for the third time, having previously appeared in 'Aladdin' and 'Mother Goose'. He is currently studying Stage Management at the Brit school and hopes to take it up as a profession. He's also performed in operettas and musicals such as 'HMS Pinafore', 'My Fair Lady' and 'Fiddler on the Roof'.

Sarah Greenwood (Baron Mum)
Sarah was unable to get to the auditions but was dangerously heard to say "Oh you know me, I'll do anything". On being told they had a character part for her that would stretch her acting skills to the limit and give her the opportunity to test new boundaries, she was keen, until she realised she was playing a man!

Jane Bennett (Major Domo)
This is Jane's second panto for Woldingham, having played PC Pong in 'Aladdin' two years ago. She missed last year as her second child was born in January 2002. Jane has previously appeared in Old Time Music Hall and other musicals.

Lorraine Keeble (Knave of Hearts)
After 'resting' from the Woldingham Panto for a couple of years, Lorraine decided it was time to tread the boards again. She loves being the bossy Baroness, but says it's quite a hard role to play, as it's so unlike her... yeah right! She has recently appeared in 'Annie get your gun' and 'Remembrances' at the Chequer Mead.
