Chris Mikami (Lavatlina)

Gary Pollak (Potterina)

Chris and Gary have been in more Pantos than they (and their audiences!) wish to remember. They tell us that they have learnt the words this time. The trouble is that Chris has learnt Rumplestiltskin and Gary knows Jack & the Beanstalk. Oh well, It will be all right on the night - we hope!

James Peacock (Buttons)

This is James's first leading role in a pantomime, but he is no stranger to the stage as he has appeared for the players many times. His boyish charm will have no difficulty in winning the audience over as buttons.

A word from the chairman...

James Peacock (Chairman) This is my first year as Chairman and I would like to thank all my committee for their support. We held a Rock 'n' Roll Ball in June which again proved a great success adding greatly needed funds to our Treasurer. As usual, because of staging the Panto, we will be having a Summer Ball once again. I would like to thank Fiona our Director for all her hard work and for giving me my first leading part in a Panto, and finally a big thank you to all of you for coming tonight -1 know you will have a great evening.

Fiona McNally (Director) I'd like to thank the committee for giving me the opportunity to direct my first pantomime. I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience and gained a wealth of knowledge - and also a few more grey hairs! Staging a pantomime is a team effort and I would like to thank Tracey my Choreographer for doing a wonderful job with the dance routines. I think you'll agree they are more spectacular than in recent years and they have certainly given me a laugh rehearsing, especially the boys trying to lift the girls - I only hope they don't drop anyone! I would also like to thank my Musical Director Alma Pitcher, Stage Manager Bruce Day, Set Designer Krystyna Kozminski, Costumes Joan Oliver, and also my Lighting expert Frank Boonham. Frank has been wonderful and has taught me so much, his overall experience is amazing. And a final thank-you to all the cast and everyone else involved in the production too numerous to mention individually. So sit back, relax, enjoy your evening and let's hear the 'booing and hissing'.

Sarah Greenwood (Prince Charming)

This is Sarah's fourth Pantomime and the parts she gets has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that her mother is secretary of the Woldingham Players (if interested ring 653180).

Marnie Pitcher (Cinderella)

Marnie is appearing in the role of Principal Girl for the third year running. Having completed her 'A' levels in the summer she is working and hoping to travel in her gap year before studying BA Theatre Arts at Brettan Hall University College in September 1996. This will probably be her last appearance with Woldingham Pantomime for the next few years - she will miss you.

Alison Cambell (Zelda)

Alison has lived in Woldingham for four years but only became acquainted with the Pantomime this year. With the help of a very funny cast, she hopes to become a convincing witch - all boos and hisses will be gratefully received.

Finbarr O'Mahony (Boris)

This is Finbarr's third pantomime for Woldingham, this year playing the demanding role of Zelda's husband which has been a lot of fun, he hopes you all enjoy the show.
