Marnie Pitcher (Polly)

Since appearing in last year's panto, Marnie has appeared in various productions such as 'Toad of Toad Hall' and 'Blood Wedding' at Oxted County School where she is currently studying A-Level Theatre Studies, Art and English. Her next challenge is the Betchworth Festival where she will be appearing in the production for the Woldingham Players.

Martin Patrick (Fatima Kebab)

This is Martin's first time at playing the Dame at Woldingham, but his experience of pantomimes goes way back. Martin spends most of his time directing, and has just finished 'The King and I' at Oxted. Once he's shed the frock (hopefully after the curtain falls on the last performance), he's off to start directing 'Anything Goes' at East Grinstead.

Finnbar O'Mahony (Ali Baba)

This is Finbarr's second pantomime for Woldingham. This year he is playing the demanding role of Ali Baba which he's really enjoying, and he hopes that you will too.

Jenny McDonough (Rhum Baba)

A welcome newcomer to Woldingham Pantomime, this is Jenny's first stage appearance since the age of twelve. Her hobbies include music and singing, and she is looking forward to the production.

A word from the chairwoman... (Production Report)

Fiona McNally (Chairwoman) Again another busy year for the panto and again our main fundraiser was the 'Forces Ball' which was a great success financially and also great fun for all those who attended. I also managed to fit in fashion show with Alma our musical director and myself as two of the models! Which was a sight to see! But again quite a bit of money was raised for the panto and a donation went to St Christopher's Hospice. Although it's a lot of hard work organising these events it is essential to raise money as the production nowadays consists of thousands of pounds. I am extremely grateful to Hamptons for sponsoring us once again this year. Ali Baba was first performed here in 1986 many of you may remember it. I only hope Woldingham is ready to see me as a belly dancer, although James reminds me I'm supposed to be a 'has been' past my sell-by date! Type cast again.

James Peacock (Director)

After the great success of 'Frankenstein' last year, the awards went straight to James's head and in a moment of madness, he agreed to direct us again this year. He's still enjoying the job of director and is looking forward to succeeding Fiona as the Pantomime Chairwoman (!) in March.
