Nigel Harman

Nigel is now probably best known as Dennis Rickman (son of 'Dirty' Den Watts) on 'Eastenders' (BBC). He shot to fame on the soap after appearing on several shows on the West-End stage (such as in the original cast of 'Mamma Mia') and appearances on TV ('Tenko', 'Alas Smith and Jones', 'Red Cap'...). After his Eastenders' character was tragically killed off in 2005's Christmas episode (poor Sharon), he returned to the West-End, opening shows such as 'Guys and Dolls'. He returned to TV and film in 2006 in 'The Outsiders' and 'Bob's not gay' and can now be seen ‘Hotel Babylon’.

Ziggi Szafranski

Ziggi began his performing career with the panto back in '95 and hasn't stopped since. He was invited to meet and sing for the Queen, and to perform on BBC Radio 4 at the Millennium Dome and Coventry Cathedral. Like Nigel he has also appeared on 'Alas Smith and Jones' as well as 'Highlander', ‘Inspector Lindley’ and was seen again in BBC's 'Titty Bang Bang' at Christmas (2006) working with Bob Mortimer. Bob liked him so much that he's just finished filming 'Top Gum' for him alongside 'Tom Cruise'. His voice can also be heard on professional soundtracks. His first love is still the theatre and although he's trod the West End stage, his heart remains with the panto.

Ellie Kirk

Ellie is another up-and-coming star of stage and screen. Since performing with the panto (starting back in '96) she has also made the move to stage and TV... she has danced alongside Michael Jackson at the 1996 Brit Awards (and was infamously mooned live on TV) and has appeared in ITV's 'Bramwell' and 'Ghosthunters'. She also opened the musical 'Tess of the Durbervilles' on the London stage. You may have seen her on TV during Christmas 2008 in the Boots advert ‘Secret Santa’... But don’t worry if you missed it, you can catch her on Nickelodeon’s ‘Genie in the house’ in 2009.

Thea Pitcher

Thea turned in many memorable performances such as the roller-skating Treat in '96's ‘Cinderella’, Lady Marian in '97's ‘Babes in the Wood’ (with both Ellie and Ziggi as the eponymous 'babes'), and a dwarf in '98's ‘Snow White’. Although she didn't pursue a career on the stage, she has been seen seen on TV recently in her new guise as a green-fingered Kew Gardens student. Maybe you caught her on BBC in 2006 on 'A Year at Kew'? If not, read all about it at their website: http://www.kew.org/plants/vegetables/profile3.html

Krysza Szafranski

Krysia has been with the panto since as long as she could walk. She has developed into a very successful dancer (from ballet and tap through jazz and modern) and choregrapher, and has performed in many ballets with the English Youth Ballet dancing alongside Richard Slaughter (also to be seen in the successful fantasy film: 'The Dark Crystal'). Not only is she active as a dancer and choreographer, Krysia successfully put on from scratch an excellent cabaret of young talent to raise monies to fund a trip to Uganda to build a school for children. As if this wasn't enough, she also featured on ITV's drama 'Whistleblowers' in 2008.

Michelle Bishop

Michelle is not easy to forget as her enthusiasm and talent never failed to light up the panto stage. For those who were mesmerised by her dancing they'll be happy to know that she has spread her talents onto the West End stage, TV and film... as an equally excellent singer and actor too! She's currently leading in 'Fame' in London, following many successful West End roles including 'Saturday Night Fever' and as 'Jan' in 'Grease'. You may well have also seen her on TV... be it advertising McDonald's or when she appeared on the Royal Variety Show. And for those who prefer to go to the cinema, she can also be seen with Dame Judy Dench in the excellent 'Mrs Henderson presents'.
