Clare Bishop (Choreographer)

This is Clare’s return to Woldingham Panto, her first appearance was in Peter Pan in ’92. She has danced for the Rosslyn and Maureen Brown Schools, the Miller Centre, for the Oxted Players, the Studio School, Oxted Operatic, CODA and the London Children’s Ballet Company.  It’s been a busy year for Clare… she moved house, got married and started a PHD. She’s really enjoyed getting to know the enthusiastic children who’ve been a joy to teach, and would like to thank both Cynthia Coatts and Maureen Brown for all their great advice, and being wonderful friends.

Sarah Greenwood (Director)

Having thoroughly enjoyed my first attempt at directing last year’s Beauty and the Beast, the Panto committee recklessly allowed me to do it again! The fact that they had had an “intense night” had nothing to do with it I’m sure! Anyway, Sleeping Beauty was the first Panto I ever did… in the back row of the chorus with James our Dame. Two weeks before it opened, the Fairy had to drop out, and I found myself in the spotlight… I’ve loved it ever since. This year we decided to go for a more traditional story, but being 12 years old, it did need a little updating! I hope you enjoy it as much as we have in producing it.

Jody Robinson (Musical Director)

Jody has recently graduated from Exeter University where she studied music and was Musical Director for the University Footlights production of Anything Goes. She is currently working this year to save lots (and lots!) of money to go to the Royal College of Music next year to study composition. She has been in many productions to-date, but this is her first Woldingham Pantomime experience. In her spare time, she likes to sing… and secretly wishes that she was belting out ‘Amarillo’
